Lily
Lodge is a completely detached property in a magical, almost
secret spot overlooking the valley leading down to Dartmouth
and the river with Kingswear and the hills beyond.
A major refurbishment programme has created a bright, stylish
and comfortable holiday home for 4 guests, with two bathrooms
and a private parking space, sitting in a large, mostly untamed
garden with lovely views.
The living area is is of decent proportions and the kitchen
contains all the necessary equipment associated with current
lifestyles.
Outside there are 2 terraces to take advantage of the sun at
any time of the day, plus a full length (40 foot) balcony all
having river or countryside views. At the bottom of the lane
is the bus route into town for those you who do not fancy the
walk back up hill.
Whist this is essentially a self-catering facility, we are more
than happy to discuss any arrangement that suits you, just ask.
